More Hall House captains
For the second term running, Hall House has provided the captains for the main sports being played this term. Before Christmas Jack and Owen were captain and vice captain of the undefeated first fifteen rugby team and this season Hywel and Parimal are captain and vice captain of the first eleven hockey team who will hopefully be as successful as their rugby counterparts. Congratulations must also go to Jonathan who has been appointed the captain of the school cross country team. We are very proud that these boys are from Hall and look forward to hearing and seeing how the term progresses for all of the boys representing the school.

Happy New Year!
As I write this, all of the boys are starting to arrive safely back to the House. It has felt rather empty these past few weeks and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again and hearing what they have been up to.

The Latest Addition to the House
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Forrester on the birth of their daughter. She was born on the 25th November and weighed in at just over 7lbs.

Year 10 and 11 Ball
This evening is the year 10 and 11 Ball and as you can see, the boys all looked very dapper as they headed off to the Dining Hall for dinner followed by dancing in the theatre! All money raised tonight goes to Malawi.

House rugby
Well done to the boys in years 11 - 13 who won the Senior House Rugby today. After a comfortable win over Upper in the first game, a much closer contest between us and Middle in the final match saw us eventually come out as winners thanks to second half tries from George and Monty. Well done to all involved. It was great to win this house competition once again after several years of hurt!!
